Monarch installed our cooling system a few years ago and just finished an entire duct replacement system for our home. They have also done service calls for us. There are quite a few good things I can say about them. First of all, they always answer when you call. They are super accommodating and expeditious. They supply great name brand furnaces and cooling products, namely Trane and Standard who don't let just anyone sell their products. We were lucky that we found them.

Exceptional service & professionalism! The dispatch agent/scheduler was kind and courteous and got a heating mechanic/technician (Tony) out to my house within 6 hours of placing my call. Tony was prompt, courteous and not only quickly diagnosed the problem, but also explained it to me so that I understood what he was doing and how he was fixing it. He had my furnace back-up and running within 30 minutes. Price was reasonable given the short notice & surge in demand during the -20F temps. Highly recommended!
