*Our thorough inspection tune up consist of the following:

Heating System Tune-up Inspection

  • Inspect burners, pilot assembly and sensors
  • Safety check heat exchanger for cracks or damage
  • Check and lubricate blower motor and moving parts if necessary
  • Check flue for proper draft
  • Check humidifier
  • Inspect thermocouple
  • Inspect air for burner efficiency
  • Check fan limit controls
  • Check wiring
  • Check condensate drain and pump
  • Check and clean condensate trap
  • Check thermostat
  • Check safety controls
  • Check pressure switches
  • Visual inspection of hot water heater
  • Inspect furnace filter
  • Inspect air cleaner
  • Check system operation/Evaluate performance

Cooling System Tune-up Inspection

  • Check all wiring and connectors
  • Check condensate drain adn pump
  • Check condensate trap
  • Check compressor contractors
  • Inspect furnace filter
  • Inspect air cleaner
  • Check belt and adjust tension
  • Check condenser cois for leaks and debris
  • Test voltage and amp draw of compressor
  • Check condenser fan motor
  • Check and adjust thermostat
  • Lubricate all moving parts
  • Visual check for leaks
  • Monitor refrigerent pressure
  • Check system operation/Evaluate performance

*Full Coverage Warranty Details

Our limited full coverage warranty will replace or repair most standard defective components on the following types of residential units: Furnace, AHU, Condensing A/C units and Heat Pumps. Not all components will be covered under full coverage warranty. Exempt parts excluded from full coverage warranty consist of the following: Heat exchanger, compressors, smart gas valves, wifi/communicating thermostats. Full coverage warranty is available for qualified HVAC equipment only. HVAC equipment must undergo a passing inspection by Monarch technician to qualify. Units older than 18 years of age from manufacturing date will not qualify for full coverage warranty.
